During a third touch and go the aircraft bounced twice before apparently suffering a severe wing drop and crashed killing the sole pilot owner.  Due to impact forces the CAPS rocket fired.  (Source: ASN).

Eight minutes after take-off from Coal Aston Airfield, ADS-B data showed the aircraft in a spiralling high rate of descent before impacting the ground in an industrial estate killing the pilot the sole occupant.  (Source: ASN).

The glider crashed in the village of Barlavington killing the pilot (Source ASN).

Glider (types unknown): Nr Hinton-in-the Hedges Airfield, Northants
While returning to land two gliders collided resulting in one crashing causing the death of one the pilots.  Presumably the other glider either landed safely or the pilot parachuted to safety.  (Source ASN).
